We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

30-day returns

You may return most unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For food, candles and bath & body items, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused, for safety reasons.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@usahealthgoodies.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days at support@usahealthgoodies.store with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
